Your Role

As a Business Controller, you will be a key person in our work to develop governance, profitability, and long-term business development. You will work closely with the business and serve as a support to managers and operations by analyzing costs, investments, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing recommendations that contribute to smarter decisions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring costs and investments and proposing measures for increased profitability.
• Preparing analytical materials, reports, and KPIs that create insights and support the business's priorities.
• Working with budgets, forecasts, and follow-ups.
• Being a sounding board for managers and operations in financial matters.
• Actively contributing to the development of processes, tools, and methods within finance and controlling.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

• A degree in economics, such as a Master's in Business Administration.
• At least 2-5 years of experience working as a Business Controller or other relevant experience from financial work, such as from an auditing firm.
• Good experience in budget, forecast, and follow-up work.
• Very strong analytical skills and experience working with financial data and decision-making materials, as well as visualizing and presenting these clearly.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience with business systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
• Experience in the industry.
